Warty Frogfish - Kenting 2.jpg
Kenting, Taiwan -- A warty frogfish (Anrennarius maculata) clumpsily makes its way over coral rubble.

The pectoral and ventral fins of frogfishes have evolved into webbed appendages, which they use to grasp, perch or 'walk'.

They are masters of camouflage and can slowly change color to match their surroundings. For divers they are very difficult to spot.
